PROVIDING RESOURCES. TRANSFORMING LIVES. REVITALIZING COMMUNITIES.
The Fort Greene Project is a community-based initiative aimed at providing essential services and resources to individuals and families of marginalized groups. Our project seeks to empower underserved communities by leveraging their strengths to meet their needs effectively and efficiently.
At The Fort Greene Project, we will remove barriers to education, wellness, financial stability, and adequate housing, thereby fostering more inclusive and equitable communities.
Our vision is to create a world where everyone has access to individualized support and vital resources needed to thrive. We believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy and fulfilling life, and we are committed to working towards this goal every day.
We believe that in order to truly support individuals and families, we must address all aspects of their lives, including physical, mental and behavioral health, and social support. Therefore, we work closely with a variety of community partners to ensure that we are meeting the needs of every individual in our community.
Our team is made up of compassionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to helping those in our community. We have a diverse group of professionals and volunteers who bring a variety of skills, knowledge and experiences to our organization.
We provide a range of services to support communities, which includes residential housing, education, advocacy, and mentorship. We are dedicated to collaborating with educational institutions, housing agencies, community organizations, local authorities and healthcare providers.
We rely on the support of our community members to provide opportunities and services to individuals who are in need. There are many ways to get involved, from volunteering to making a donation.
When giving to the Fort Greene Project, you are committing to providing essential services, resources, access and opportunities to individuals and families of marginalized communities.
The Fort Greene Project is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. All donations are tax exempt, EIN#: 93-2367530
