BREAKING CYCLES

Breaking Cycles is a "Monthly Community Day" event aimed at serving the homeless population in our community. This event will provide a nutritious meal, offer a sense of community, and connect attendees with the necessary resources and opportunities that will help them break the vicious cycles of their circumstances. With the right partnerships, volunteer support, and community involvement, this event can make a meaningful impact on the lives of many individuals within our community.

The Fort Greene Project will create a world where everyone has access to individualized support and vital resources needed to thrive. We will also remove the barriers to education, wellness, financial stability, and adequate housing, thereby fostering more inclusive and equitable communities.
